script 'C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/htdocs/phpinfo.php' not found or unable to stat

Hi,

I am unable to start the webserver and this the error message ...what
i get in my error log...script 'C:/Program Files/Apache Software
Foundation/Apache2.2/htdocs/phpinfo.php' not found or unable to
stat......throughly checked the setting..everthing seems to be
alright ..however i am unable to start...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help

I need to know a few things first

Do you have PHP installed?
In your "httpd.conf" file, tell me what is written on the lines that
start with

ServerRoot

and

DocumentRoot

and

DirectoryIndex?
