Apache-ssl server

I have configured a r win 2003 serve running apache. I have created
ssl
self-signed certificate. When I test it I get 403 you do not have
permision to access this server.
I have zonealarm installed. But I have configured zone alarm to allow
access.
Where am I going wrong ? any help please ?
