How to load mpm_worker_module?

Hi,

I need the multiple-process multiple-thread function of Apache (while
the default mpm module of Apache on Windows is mpm_winnt).

Anybody know how to load the mpm_worker_module? Do I need to re-compile
Apache with the mpm_worker_module?
