Certain .php files try to download instead of display

Using:
Apache/1.3.35 (Win32)
PHP Version 4.4.2 php4apache.dll
MySQL 4.1.16-nt
Windows 2003

Just setup a windows 2003 server and moved my website to it. My website
is built in php. A couple of the .php pages try to download instead
of displaying.

I have the same setup on my XP box (what I build everything on first)
and it works fine. And it worked fine on the linux server it was on
previously.

Any ideas why only two of the pages do this while the rest of the site
works great?
