Does SQLEpress play nice with Apache?

Hello all,

Does anyone have any experience with using SQLExpress with Apache? If
so, do they work well with each other? Is MySQL preferable? The reason
that I ask is because I've been experimenting with Visual Web Developer
Studio & SQLEpress, but now I've installed Apache 2.2. I haven't had
any problems yet but before I get too involved I was wondering if
anyone has tried the two together.
