SMTP Server on Windows XP/IIS/Apache

I have Windows XP with IIS which includes a basic SMTP virtual server
that I can use to send email through PHP. The servername is
'localhost'.

I disabled IIS so I can run Apache. Does Apache have an equivalent
SMTP? What should I use under Windows to send email routed through my
localhost.
