Default Some Questions (Newbie Warn) Apache/2.0.53 (Win32) Server

First thing i will say is wow, i like this.

Server: Apache/2.0.53
OS: Windows XP Home SP2
Before I even had an Apache Server I knew:
>Perl/CGI Programming
>HTML/JavaScript
>Little bit of C/C++, Java, & Q(Basic) (like that helps)

(Please understand that i am a new person to this, but i saved some
time by (Carefully) messing with the server configuration file and
picking up some things I had not known)
------------------------------------------------------------------
Problem/Question 1: Is there a guide (besides the Apache Manual) that
explains the tweaks to the Apache Server in idiot terms?

Problem/Question 2: Starting from the default configuration file, how
do you CGI/Perl Script Execution?

Problem/Question 3: Is there a way to put Microsoft FrontPage Server
Extensions 2002 on a Windows Apache Server? (This question is my main
question)
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Those are just my main how-to questions that I had to ask so i can
sleep well tonight :) If anyone could help with any of the questions
of above, the help would be appreciated.

Cheers,
LunarDragoon
