webpage doesn't show hello world but it was shown in textpad

Hi..

Only now I try CGI programming. hello.pl works well in command prompt.
But I don't see it on web page ( by the way I am using apache web
server). Pop up window asked me to open or save hello.pl file. When I
viewed saved file, I found 'Hello, World' ( in notepad or textpad). Why
??? Why didn't 'Hello, World' show on webpage' ?? Help me!
