problem with apache installed in Dynamic Disk driver on Win2k?

Server os of our client is Win2k and have a drive with dynamic disk,
apache 1.3.28 was installed on it. when apache startup, there's no
error in error_log, but we can't connect to the web server, include
localhost.
Anybody has ever the similar problem? Is it about dynamic disk or not?
