Service Unavailable after update

I am running a SBS 2003 and did the latest uppdate. When i try to connect
the webserver I got the answer service unavailable.

When i look in the services is IIS running
The Event Viewer report Error
W5SVC-WP 2268 and 2214
WinsCtrs 4214
Any ideas to solve the problem?
