Default Install error

Trying Install Apache on WinXPsp2

error message:

no listening sockets
available shutting down
Unable to open logs

and

No installed service named "Apache2"

message appear on Command Screen
can't start apache!

please ask me

Make sure nothing else is listening on the default port 80, like IIS.
When you're sure it's free, install the service by typing

\(path to apache)\apache -k install -n "Apache2"
