Cannot Build Apache 2.1.X on Windows

The build process was changed some time ago, yet none of the docs have
been updated. I am left pretty much clueless on how to build Apache now
that it wants me to supply the LDAP toolkit for APR-UTIL. Can anyone
explain what to do with the LDAP SDK? I have it already, but placing it
in SRCLIB (like OpenSSL and Zlib) doesn't help.

Can anyone assist? Bill?
