Host name, Apachee,and IP Address- Need some help

To all the Apachee Grue

I have downloaded Apachee and installed on windows 2000 and it is
running ok.
I got the domain name and IP address from NO-IP(free Domain) to test
my web pages. I am having some problem attaching all the pieces
together. Only thing I want to do is to type the address on address
line and it should bring the simple very simple page but I am missing
some thing some where. I might have problem to set the DNS. My request
is to please tell me every thing step by step to connect all the
pieces.
