Default Password protecting folders with MS IIS Server

Our ISP uses MS IIS as our Coldfusion server. It's been a pain in the ass
passing out protected folders to the faculty using Coldfusion security to do
this. I'm used to Unix Apache servers and I was hoping we were using Apache,
but alas, no. I'm finding not much luck on how to password protect a folder
besides calling my ISP and having them do it. I hate IIS at this point. Any
recommendations or tools to use on IIS (besides the dreaded FrontPage
option)?
