How do I configure Exchange 2003 on an Apache 2.0 Web Server?

I am currently running Win 2k3 Server with Apache 2.0 as my web
server. My web page works fine. Now I want to install Exchange 2003 on
the same box to make to both my web server and mail server. I tried it
but was unable to send email or receive. I couldn't access my web mail
function as well. Before I installed Apache 2.0 I could email fine. I
just could get my website to work right under IIS 6, perticularly my
CGI scripts, always kept telling me directory not found, I tries
everything. So I switched to Apache and now all works well. Can
someone help me accomplish my task?

I just want to be able to run my website and mail server on same box.
