Default Home monitoring system via web

I just installed Apache on my home computer with hopes of figuring out
how to use it to access my brand new home monitoring system remotely.
It's a Motorola system (http://tinyurl.com/5txam) that connects to my
computer via USB and has 3 motion-sensor activated cameras. Is this
something doable? To be able to access those cameras remotely?
Any pointers would be most appreciated.

It all depends on what the cameras can do, if they can save a image of
what it is seeing to a spot on the hd, thne just have a html page
display it and make the page refresh at the same rate the image is
updated
