New to Apache

Hi
I wonder if any one can help me I'm very knew to apache, I've got it
installed on XP pro. When I'm using these url's http://local/manual the
Test page is fine but it's not showing me my web pages HTML or PHP, I'm
putting them in MANUAL folder.
