Apache 2.0.50 under WinXP Home

I decided to try installing Apache 1.3.31 and that works fine! I have
installed Apache 2 on several pcs, all WinXp Pro pc at work, so when I
installed it on WinXP Home on my pc at home, I found it a mystery that
it wasn't working.
I would still like to put Apache 2 on my pc, so any help is still
appreciated.
