I'm not able to install apache (Apache2.0.50)

I always get a error message which is: Error1335.The cabinet file
Data.cab required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used.
This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-Rom,
or a problem with this package!!!!

What does this mean???Pleas help me! Thanks a lot!
