Default Problems with Apache Monitor version 2.0.49

Hello,

If have installed Apache 2.0.49 on my laptop (Windows 98ME, 64 MB RAM,
pentium II)
This goos well, but when i want to launche Apache via console, the computer
is locking up.
Then i red that you can prevent this problem bij starting Apaqche via apache
montior.
Oke, but when i open the apache monitor the status window is completly empty
and the start button is enabled, what am i doing wrong ?
Can some help me ?

Apache Monitor only works with Windows NT/2000/XP. It controls the
Apache service... such services don't exist in 95/98/ME, therefore the
Monitor doesn't do anything. Read the documentation - I believe it's
explained in there.
