Apache 2 and GoLive

I use the same PC to host my website, and to create it.
OS is Windows 2000.
I'm considering trying GoLive.

If I create a site using GoLive including forms and other
features, will it work properly if I simply copy it over to
apache\htdocs?

If not, what do I need to do to get it to work properly?
