Default Detecting Java Installed

Hi,

Using Apache 2..0.48 and I would like to setup something where if the person
tries to connect to one of the sites that it will display a certain page if
they don't have JVM installed.

Cheers,
Fluffy

Place the alternate text within an applet object. Example:
<URL:http://thorweb.anta.net/irc/java/>

Thanks,

It is not an applet but rather a javascript based webpage. I realise that
the JVM and javascript are not the same thing but the error seems to occur
when people running XP without SP1 try to connect to the site.

Cheers,
Fluffy
