Apache/2.0.49 on Win2k - SLOW requests for me

Hi,

I have Apache/2.0.49 (Win32) installed on Windows2000 Pro SP4.

I noticed that every request takes a zillion years for the server to reply
to. I know this can be a problem with HostnameLookups On, but
HostnameLookups is set to Off. I checked the access log and sure enough it's
logging the hostname of each client.

I don't have any domains listed in access control and yet it still takes at
the fastest a second to reply to me clearly making a dns query for each
request.

What else should I look for?
