Swap 25 client Windows 2000 advanced server for xp server 1 license

Is anybody interested in swapping a 25 client license version of windows 2k
advanced server for a 1 client license version of xp server?

all other m/c's are xp prof., but only one server (new addition). Any help
appreciated!!!
