Default Apache conf file on two platforms

Hi,

Does Linux version of Apache understand the config file of Windows
Apache? That is can I make a config file that will work on both Windows
and Linux Apache versions, assuming the Apache version numbers are the
same? Are there any major differences between them, other than the line
end characters? Those I can convert manually.
