Apache 1.3.29 MSI download filename

Hello

I could be wrong (having been wrong many times before), but I have the
impression that the 1.3.29 MSI download is mislabelled. I was originally
looking for the no-src file, but could not find one. The src file appears to
be the correct size (2.2MB, similar to 1.3.28 no-src) so I gave it a try. It
installed just fine and I can't find any source installed anywhere.
