Default DHCP authentication

Does anyone know if there is a way to have DHCP restrict assigning IP's to
unwanted clients, maybe some type of authentication with AD? Really don't
want to do the MAC route, besides a savey user (if there is such a thing)
could just use a static IP anyhow.

Thanks for any help

- Jeff
