MySQL and M$ SQL on server

I am trying to run both of those SQL servers on Win Server 2003

the M$ SQL is already running.

I had put on MySQL for another application.

The SQL server does not want to seem to run.

I have the whole MySQL manual printed out. I had installed it on Win 2000
server before and it worked using the same process.

This time it seems to lock up. maybe a conflict in trying to access the same
port?
