Apache 2.0.46/47 eats up 99% CPU on W2K SP4

Hello,

I am currently facing the problem described in the title. There is no
hint in either eventlog or logfiles of Apache. It simply takes all
available CPU power to slow down my machine.

Interestingly I have a machine that works fine with Apache (2.0.46) on
the same service pack level.

Any suggestions, hints, advices?
