Access directives module mode_include

Hi!

Where can I configure time and date for "last_modified" in SSI?
I tryed to open "mode_include.so" but that filename was unknown.
How can I access to "modules" and change the directives?

edit the ssi page and save it, it schould be chacnhe to the time you
saved the document.
