Apache server crash on stopping

Hello,

Using the Hunter compilation, i installed the Apache as a service on
Win2000Prof. I have only 2 problems:
1) When i stop the Apache, it crashes apaering a log message of the error in
the windows. Starting apache never happens the error. The Apache works okay.

2) I need to start service of Apache with a different user (localsystem is
not enought). So i created a user with access to the apache directory and
other directories necessary to access information. The user belongs to the
users group.
BUT when i do this, the apache cannot run the dbase webscript i made (but
it can run as localsystem). The runtime of dBASE has rights access to the
user for Apache but the problem remains. What else might be missing?
