Urgent Help

I just bought a HP proliant DL380G2 server for my streaming purpose. Just
realised my PCI video capture card cannot fit into the PCI slot which says
64-bit/100 MHz.

1) Can a 64 bit bus support 32bit card (shorter)

2) Can the DL380G2 support a 5 volt card? What alternative do I have to make
it work?
