This is a follow up from my previous post. I am now sure all I need to know
is why apache cannot find the path to the password fill and open it. Have tried several changes in the httpd config file to tell the server the pecific path. Has anyone had this proble with the server having problems finding paths in the windows2000 environment when trying to protect directories with htaccess files and. I have indexing turned off tured it on with the sam result. This is the error message(edited to protect my info): [error] [client xx.xxx.xx.xx] (OS 2)The system cannot find the file specified. : Could not open password file: C:/path/path/path to file/password.password.file extention |
