Default Basic stuff?? HELP!!

When I typed in "netstat -ano" on Wondow XP in C>, I discovered:-

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State PID
TCP 0.0.0.80 0.0.0.0.0 Listening 3344

And in fact, the PID keeps changing if I turn off and on the Apache
server. (the 0.0.0.80 appears only when Apache server is on)

I then go to Admin Tools -->
Services but I do not know which service I should shut down since I do
not know the PID number corresponds to which service. How to check it
out?

In fact, after I shut down the said service, what should I do then?
What would be the consequence or implication after doing this step?

Could anyone help me out?
