Default Need Help with Apache2 on XP

Ok i got apache2 installed and working on my WindowsXP. but my problem
is viewing my page, the page contanes arabic contant. I would be
gratefull if someone could point me in the right direction.

Check which language your browser defaults to (e.g., in MSIE, go to
Tools --> Internet Options --> General tab --> Languages) and see
what is listed and in what order.

Also check in the httpd.conf file the DefaultLanguage, AddLanguage and
LanguagePriority (the last one in particular) and see what is set
there.
