Check out http://raibledesigns.com/tomcat/ssl-howto.html for
some very good instructions on installing Apache 1.3 with
ssl on Windows. If you are also using PHP, you will get a
warning when starting Apache after ssl is activated - see

a php4apache.dll compiled with -deapi for Apache 1.3.27/PHP
