Default Apache Error -> "(22)Invalid argument: Cannot map..."

Hi

Why do I have this error when I try to request for a php with unicode
name?

(22)Invalid argument: Cannot map GET /hello%80%81%82%83myfile.php HTTP/
1.1 to file

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
