strange apache error message

Hello,

I'm a second grade teacher - using a laptop at home with Vista.
There are 2 sites that I am a member of, and I visit them frequently.
The problem I have is that sometimes, I just can't navigate the site
correctly -

For example, in the middle of working with the pring-bingo.com
site I all of a sudden get this message when I try to go to a new page
on the site I get this message:

The requested URL /g.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.0.59 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.59 OpenSSL/0.9.8d Server at print-
bingo.com Port 80

Once I get this message, I can't get the page I'm going to for
the rest of the day, at least. I have called my server, Verizon (MANY
TIMES)- and they have no idea what I am talking about. I've worked
with tech support at one of the sites I'm trying to reach (Enchanted
Learning) , and they have never heard about Apache. I have never
heard about Apache.
I have also gotten this message on my older computer (XP) with, of
course the same server - Verizon DSL. I have never gotten the message
at work.

If there is ANYONE who has any idea as to where I could turn - I would
be very grateful! I just can't find anyone to help me!

That's what the Apache webserver responds to your request
(=click on link) when the page you want to go to doesn't
exist. It means the site you are visiting is somewhat
broken.
A link to a non-existing page is called "broken link".
There are a lot of poorly maintained sites on the internet
with broken links. There is not much you can do about it,
but inform the webmaster of the site and hope they repair
it.
