IBM Http Server (Apache) is causing Drwtsn32.exe instances to spawn in
the windows task manager. Has anyone seen this behavior before ?

Hard to tell with so little information.
The Dr.Watson reports should tell the tale.
Nothing in error.log?
Anything in the windows event log?
Errorcodes?
