[stunnel-users] What is the stable version of Stunnel?

Hi all,

Can anyone say for sure what is the stable version of Stunnel?

On the main Stunnel web site page ( http://www.stunnel.org )
and in the announcement for the version it says the new 4.21
version is experimental.

However, on the download page
( http://www.stunnel.org/download/source.html ) the 4.21
version is flagged as the stable version.

Sort of confusing.
