$ dpkg -L stunnel4 | grep ^/usr/sbin/
/usr/sbin/stunnel4
/usr/sbin/stunnel

Maintainer of stunnel4 Debian package decided to change the name of stunnel
to /usr/sbin/stunnel4.

/usr/sbin/stunnel is a perl wrapper for compatibility with the obsolete
stunnel 3.x syntax.

IMHO it's a bit confusing and should be explained in
/usr/share/doc/stunnel4/README.Debian ...
