squid with remote desktop

hi users,

I am using Redhat AS4 with squid 2.5 and I have connected the windows
xp machine in proxy and i cant able to access some external ip from
windows remote desktop via squid proxy

How should I allow the windows remote desktop to acces external public
ip... pls
