transparent Caching TCP_MISS:DIRECT

Hi,

I am using Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE1, I have configure the
squid as a transparent caching.

When I am running tail -f /var/log/squid/access.log I am getting this
msg TCP_MISS:DIRECT

I am not getting hits in my cache.
