to make it short:

rProxy2:
cache_peer 194.xxx.xxx.xxx parent 8000 0 name=3Dt2.def.com originserver =
forceddomain=3D.def.com proxy-only
^^^^^^^^^^^^

This was the culprit. Without "originserver" everything works fine.
