From what you've told us, nothing - you never described any
operational problems with Squid.

All you have asked about is what wb_ntlmauth gives you in a
command-line test. As Henrik already told you, it is nearly impossible
to test wb_ntlmauth from the command line because of the nature of
NTLM auth.

You've tested both your basic auth and external group helpers, and
they work fine. That is all you can test from the command line; the
only practical way to test NTLM auth is with a web browser that
supports it.
