multiple cache_peer_access with the same ACL?

Is it possible to have squid check multiple cache_peer_access points
(non-ICP) for an ACL object? Checking DIRECT first, then a peer, then
another, etc. until it has checked the entire mesh or fails? I have
this working for one peer, but not 2.
