If I understand correctly this Linux box is the proxy you routed the HTTP traffic to, and there should be running a proxy which will connect to the requested web sites, rigth? If this is the case then your traffic will look something like the following graph: client -> router -> internet | ^ v | proxy The routemap is the downwards arrow, the proxied traffic is the upwards arrow.
