If you use encrypted RSA keys then you must start Squid with the -N
option.

> [root@owa openssl]# /usr/local/squid/sbin/squid -D -d 1

Or else you get the above error...

which causes this..

> FATAL: Bungled squid.conf line 64: https_port 443
