Check your squid.conf for htcp_port, icp_port, and
snmp_port. If you're not using peer/parent caches,
you can set htcp_port and icp_port to 0 to disable.

Note: htcp and snmp support must be compiled in.

What version of Squid do you have, and where did
you get it from?
