how to outputs the dates in Mysql

Hi:
When i intsalled the snort and mysql under unbuntu 7.04. i have
already write my own rules and take it in the snort.conf.
However, i just want to take the logs into mysql,and use mysql to
operate the date from my intrusion on the Lan.
In the snort.conf,i noticed th e statement " output database: log,
mysql, user=root password=hello dbname=db host=localhost", what can
i do next to load the date in mysql?
ps. In mysql ,i have created the new datebase,named db ,already ~
